Try this delicious smoothie with fruit and veggies:
Serving size: 2 servings
* 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
* 1 cup spinach leaves
* 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
* 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
* 1 whole ripe banana
* 1 whole carrot washed and cut up
* 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
* 1/4 cup water or juice
1. Place all items in blender.
2. Blend until fully mixed stopping to stir or add more water or juice as needed.
3. Serve right away or cover and store in refrigerator.
