Benefits of Turmeric Latte....

Recipe:

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 teaspoons raw sugar

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Whisk all ingredients plus 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let steep 5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a mug.
