Yoga has been around for more than 5,000 years. Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

Flexibility: Yoga poses stretch your muscles and increase your range of motion.
Strength: It takes a lot of strength to hold your body in a pose. Regular practice will strengthen your arms, back, legs and core.
Balance: It’s never too early to improve balance through yoga poses.
Serenity: Yoga has a way of making everything in life seem a little bit easier.
Meditation: Reduces stress levels and alleviates anxiety and many health benefits follow. Enables us to have a deeper understanding of our inner self.
Good for beginners: People of all ages and fitness levels can do the most basic poses and stretches
Yoga Styles offered (group or private sessions):
Hatha: It typically focuses on three aspects: breathing, meditation and postures. While suitable for beginners because of its easier moves and slower pace, it is great for more experienced yogis because of the relaxation and loosening of muscles.
Vinyasa: It is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses which synchronizes the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
Restorative: It is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props and aromatherapy. Doing just a few poses in the course of an hour aided by bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows and other props, the class is the most nurturing and relaxing of all classes.
Prenatal/Postpartum: Stay healthy, strong and calm during pregnancy and then restore your practice in postpartum.
Kids: Kids explore yoga poses, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation; promoting confidence and self-control while having fun. For ages 3-18.
